thank you for the recipe it looks interesting. My favorite filling is buckwheat groats, quark, smoked bacon, sauteed onion, but since I live in Australia I haven’t had the opportunity to make them. You reminded me how delicious they can be and I think I will make them soon.

Our Pastry is only flour and water, our fillings usually are 1. Mince with egg and onion boiled, 2. Fetta Cheese 3. Saurkraut 4.Mince and Feta. then boiled and we put them in a large bowl with butter. We have them on Christmas Eve and the kids take leftovers home and just reheat them or f4y the up.
